Meet Ed Parcaut
DIFFERENT PLATFORMS.
ONE PURPOSE.
Help people understand their options and take the next step with a clearer head.
From serving as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman to building a mortgage business, writing a book, and sitting behind a microphone, that thread runs through Ed’s work.

Experience worth sharing
THE WORK
BEHIND THE WORDS.
Ed Parcaut is a mortgage advisor, author, speaker, and radio and podcast host based in Modesto, California. He founded Lending For Living and serves as president of Loan Squad, bringing nearly 30 years of mortgage industry experience to conversations with homebuyers, veterans, retirees, and entrepreneurs.
His background in marketing and international business informs how he approaches a problem: ask questions, understand the person, and build a strategy before choosing a tactic.
That same approach carries into Financial Freedom: Building Personal Wealth Through Homeownership, his speaking, and his five-show lineup. Whether he is discussing the housing market or someone’s hardest-earned lesson, the goal is to make the conversation useful.
Ed also appears in Hacking Real Estate, the nine-part docuseries produced by Revealed Films.
Ed ParcautBuilding personal wealth through home ownership.
Most people do not save for retirement. For them, the only way to build personal wealth is through home ownership. Therefore, I love my job of helping people finance their home.
Service is still part of the job
THE UNIFORM CHANGED.
THE COMMITMENT DIDN’T.
Ed’s work with veterans extends from VA mortgage conversations to Helping The Brave, a platform for education, community, and honest stories about life after service.
His community work also includes Rotary leadership and Operation Firewalk, supporting veterans, first responders, and their families.
